When a Smart Sensor is triggered, (when a leak occurs, a fire starts to smolder, or there is an unauthorized entry) you receive immediate email notifications. This proactive approach and early warning allows you to minimizing further damage and take appropriate action.

• Smart Sensors don't record voices or images, they simply report conditions. For example, is the overall noise level too high, are the toilets or bath tubs flooding, is there movement in the house when it should be empty?

• Flood/Sensors: Detect water leaks or flooding early. Alerts allow homeowners to take early preventive action, minimizing damage.  

• Motion Sensors: Enhance property security by detecting movement inside your property. Alerts notify owners of any unauthorized access or potential threats. 

• Temperature Sensors: These sensors allow you to monitor whether your property is maintaining optimal conditions even when you’re away. Significant temperature fluctuations could indicate issues such as a malfunctioning air conditioning unit or other damage to your property.
